Everybody needs a support page, because sometimes even our stuff breaks. Not often, but it does happen (remember that cup of coffee you dumped on your phone)…
So, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Generally speaking, we’d prefer you call us whenever there’s a serious problem.
The reason is simple. We’re going to ask you a bunch of questions, listen to your answers, and then ask some more questions. Just like an emergency room doctor would.
Communication Emergency = 866.DCI.8555
Seriously. We like it this way. We even made it an 800 number so that you wouldn’t need to pay for it. We’re available M-F, 8am-5pm EST. After hours callers can also leave us a message in our Emergency Response Mailbox.
Don’t have a real emergency, or just don’t want to call? You can also click on this support link, and you’ll be directed to a page that’ll ask you some of the questions we’d ask you on the phone. This is much better for simple repair requests and MACDs (a cool term we use for Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes), not so much for emergencies.
We also take requests via email. If this is your preferred method, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please leave us as many pertinent pieces of information as possible, including the best ways to get back in touch with you. Mobile phone numbers that work are fantastic.
And, we’ve put together a webpage full of links that direct you to many of the support websites of our partners. This can be a useful resource for those who are more accustomed to self-help.
No matter what you choose, we’re here for you.
